I serve as a primary point of contact for NAEP members and potential members; which requires working knowledge of all NAEP departments and their products, services and activities. Responsibilities consist of maintaining membership database integrity and assisting in achieving department’s National Member acquisition goals. Recently Bob Alves (Chairman & CEO for ASI) presented a customer recognition award to NAEP for doing "great things" with iMIS. I am enthusiastic about my role at NAEP as Membership & Database Administrator; as it allows me to continue to work in a familiar industry and further my development in the association membership arena."
