"Deborah has been involved in the iMIS community since 1992 when, as a consultant, she assisted her client with their implementation of iMIS, it being only the second one in Canada. Since then Deborah has contracted independently with ASI as well as iMIS solution providers and user organizations as a project manager, application specialist and business analyst working on dozens of iMIS implementations. Deborah started up the Toronto area iMIS user group in 2005 and in 2007 Deborah joined the NiUG Board of Directors and the Toronto user group became NiUG Canada, an official chapter of NiUG International. Deborah continues to chair NiUG Canada which now holds quarterly meetings in Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver and since 2008 has hosted the NiUG Canada Discovery Conference in Toronto."
"I am utilizing my expertise in customer service, project management, event registration management and database administration in my current position. I serve as a primary point of contact for NAEP members and potential members; which requires working knowledge of all NAEP departments and their products, services and activities. Responsibilities consist of maintaining membership database integrity and assisting in achieving department’s National Member acquisition goals. Recently Bob Alves (Chairman & CEO for ASI) presented a customer recognition award to NAEP for doing "great things" with iMIS. I am enthusiastic about my role at NAEP as Membership & Database Administrator; as it allows me to continue to work in a familiar industry and further my development in the association membership arena."

Rod has been the Chairman of NiUG Asia Pacific since 2007 and also sits on the board of NiUG International. Rod was the winner of the John Howarth Memorial Award in 2010 in recognition of his work for NiUG in the Asia Pacific region."
