iMIS 15.1.3 brings us support for SQL Server 2008 SP1. (Everybody do the wave.) Be aware that SQL Server 2008 R2 is a different version than SQL Server 2008.

Over this last weekend, we finally pulled the trigger on the iMIS 15 upgrade. It went very well. All of the pre-testing and documenting steps worked as planned and I had the entire site upgraded in just over six hours. I ran the upgrades all the way to 15.1.2.6369.

The migration has started... Moving from 15.0.3 to 15.1 WCM will require much work to take the old Cold Fusion layout and make the necessary changes. However one glowing note seems to be the WCM has no drop down menu.

Last year we opt in many groups into the IMIS system. So their was a import script that was written by our IT guys Matt Miller and Shawn Hamzee, We still use the similiar script to bring in our monthly Medical Mutual insurance members. Probably Matt can help you with a script... |
